Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon final payment. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain ours.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due per the schedule defined in each engagement. Late payments may incur fees and may pause active work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Algosoft Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
