The Challenge

Launching globally meant matchmaking, anti-cheat, and authoritative servers had to feel instant — across PC, console, and mobile — without ballooning hosting costs.

Our Solution

We built a regional dedicated-server fleet with predictive matchmaking, a Unity client with rollback netcode, and a live ops dashboard for the team.
